    Begin cradling your head with your bum off the floor

     

    Next angle your upper body to the right rolling out underneath your armpit and the side of your ribsReturn to your center and roll out the other side

Careful to not roll below your kidneys, (the bottom of your ribs) or too high onto your neck.
